1. Service Description

GrindGuard is a session discipline and fatigue management tool for poker players. It includes a random number generator (RNG) with hotkey access designed to help users implement pre-defined decision frequencies, and can optionally prompt users based on their settings. The software monitors visible screen content to detect poker tables and track session data, but does not analyze hands, read cards, or provide strategy advice. GrindGuard operates independently from poker sites and does not connect to, interact with, or modify any poker software.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Complying with the terms of service of any poker sites they use
  • Understanding and following the rules and regulations of their jurisdiction regarding online poker
  • The accuracy of information provided during account registration
  • Maintaining the security of their account credentials

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use GrindGuard:

  • In any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • To share, distribute, or sublicense your account access
  • To circumvent any access restrictions or usage limitations

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions (Solo and Pro plans) are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing period selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GrindGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the software for any purpose.

7. No Financial Guarantees

GrindGuard is a session management and discipline tool. We make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, poker performance, or expected value. Your results depend on many factors beyond the scope of this software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrindGuard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GrindGuard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
